³⁶ Jehoiakim was 25 years old when he was given the throne by Neco. His reign in Jerusalem lasted 11 years. His mother was Zebidah (Pedaiah’s daughter from Rumah). ³⁷ He committed evil in the Eternal’s eyes. He was just like his ancestors.
